"We were staying in an Airbnb when we discovered a plumbing issue. After speaking with the landlord, they arranged for Latch & Level to come out. They responded quickly, kept both us and the landlord informed throughout, and resolved the problem professionally. They were friendly, respectful of the property and left everything clean and tidy. We were able to enjoy the rest of our stay without any further issues. Highly recommended!"

"Very quick to communicate and responsive. I asked them to fit a dishwasher into an already installed kitchen, as well as set up some shelves and secure them. Despite some difficulties along the way, they managed to deal with them and make the appropriate adjustments. I appreciate their effort and would recommend their services."

"Great and reliable service. They fixed my boiler issue quickly and professionally, with clear communication throughout. Really knowledgeable and easy to deal with. Also appreciated their advice on keeping up with regular property maintenance, it’s reassuring to know I can rely on them going forward. Highly recommend."

"Sent them a whatsapp after being quoted ridiculous prices for a clogged sink. They asked for images first, did a visit and gave me a fair quote and very friendly whilst sorting out my sink! Thank you to Latch and Level team!"
