LLAC construction

"I cannot recommend LLAC highly enough. They recently completed our mansard loft conversion in SW6, creating an additional bedroom and en-suite, and the results have exceeded our expectations. From start to finish, the team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, workmanship, and attention to detail. They were hardworking, approachable, and communicative throughout the project, delivering a high-quality finish at a competitive price. Particular thanks go to Mikel for his excellent on-site management and coordination, as well as Ausra and Anelise for their efficient support and communication from the office. Ylli also deserves a big shout out for overseeing the project so effectively and ensuring everything ran smoothly. We are absolutely delighted with the finished space and the standard of work delivered. LLAC transformed our vision into reality, and we would not hesitate to use them again for future projects or recommend them to others."

"I had LLAC Construction do my loft conversion and extension while I was living in Spain. Being abroad the whole time could have been stressful but the communication was genuinely good. WhatsApp group with all the contractors, video calls with the project manager to walk me round the site, I only came back twice in three months. There were a couple of moments I wanted to flag something and they dealt with it without any fuss. The loft looks really nice. I've had a look at the other conversions on my road, Ickworth Park Road in Walthamstow, and I think mine is the best one out there. Happy with how it all went."

"London Lofts and Construction recently completed a full refurbishment of our restaurant in Crouch End and they did a fantastic job. The space has been completely transformed and the feedback from our customers since reopening has been amazing. The team were hardworking, professional and easy to deal with. Everything was finished to a high standard and they really helped bring our ideas to life. We couldn’t be happier with the final result and would definitely use them again in the future."

"LLAC was recommended by my neighbour, and now I can see why. They mainly work through word of mouth because of their good reputation. The whole team was great communication was clear, and everything went really smoothly from start to finish. Aneliese, the senior design consultant, was very attentive and even replied to my questions while she was on holiday. David, the contractor, was patient and helpful, especially when I started to panic during the project. The staircase they fitted looks amazing, and the overall finish is lovely, complete with a 10-year warranty. They finished the work on time, even during the busy summer season. I’d definitely recommend LLAC to anyone thinking about a loft conversion."

"We used LLAC for our Mansard loft conversion in N4. They were efficient every step of the way and the end result is fantastic. Would definitely recommend."
