"While serving me Daniel stopped and served 2 other customers for around 5 minutes when I mentioned I had someone waiting for me he gave me my keys back and said I could go somewhere else. He was so rude and discourteous and would rather turn down an ill customer rather an apologise. I had previously recommended him to other companies and had plans to use him as my business's dedicated locksmith. I shan't be doing that now."
