"Scammers. Partner and I locked our keys in our flat by mistake. Called this company and another nearby and asked for quotes. Quoted Β£85 so asked them to go ahead and send someone. Was told someone would be with me βwithin an hourβ . Nearly an hour and a half later, guy turns up, tells me it will be Β£199. Said thatβs not what I was quoted or agreed. Did get it back down to Β£85 but BEWARE."
