Loftex

"Alex from Loftex recently completed our loft extension and did an awesome job. He was super transparent about costs from the start and very competitive. The work was done quickly (especially the initial structure build was extremely quick) and smoothly — he brought in the right people at the right time, so there were no delays or gaps between the stages. He’s hands-on, pays attention to detail, and makes sure everything’s certified properly, including building control and electrics. He’s also really accommodating with any little bespoke touches you want along the way. Overall, a genuinely nice guy who delivers exactly what you hope for in a dream loft extension. Highly recommend!"

"I had a fantastic experience with Alex and his team. We needed repairs to the felt roof, re-rendering of the party wall, and securing of the coping stones. They provided a prompt quote and got to work quickly. Throughout the process, they kept us informed with regular updates, including photos and detailed reports. The work was completed on time without any issues, and they made sure to clean up the site thoroughly. The quality of the work was excellent, and I would highly recommend Loftex for any building repairs or loft conversions!"

"I recently had a loft conversion done by Loftex team, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with the results! From start to finish, the team was incredibly professional, friendly, and truly attentive to our needs. They worked closely with us to make sure the design fit our vision, and the quality of the craftsmanship is exceptional. Not only did they complete the project on time, but they also ensured every detail was perfect. The space has transformed into a bright, cozy room that has added so much value to our home. It’s become our favorite spot in the house, and we get so many compliments from friends and family! The entire experience was smooth, and I felt reassured every step of the way. I highly recommend Loftex for anyone considering a loft conversion. They turned our dreams into reality, and we’re beyond happy with the outcome!"

"We have chosen Loftex and Alex because, of all the people we met before engaging with our loft conversion project, he inspired us the most confidence. His kindness, humility and his work ethics (putting the client at the center of everything he does) convinced us. He is an excellent project manager and is exceptionally skilled at putting all the moving parts together to achieve great results. His team are dedicated and committed to excellence. Their time-keeping and tidying skills are second to none and the site was always left spotless and tidy, ready for the next working day. Alex has on several occasions made suggestions that saved us money and was also very flexible and accommodating when we put forward ideas. The project was completed in the agreed timelines to a very high standard and passed all the necessary regulatory validations without any issues. His team have managed to create space where we thought it would be difficult. On the paperwork side, Alex is very organised and provided us with timely updates. During the building work, we were able to carry on with our daily lives with minimal disruption and Alex kept us updated on the progress. To summarise, I highly recommend using Loftex for a loft conversion or any other building work they can undertake."

"I was most impressed with Alexey and his small team, who fitted my small job into their schedule at the end of their busy day. My heavy bedroom door would not close following the purchase of a thick new rug. I needed the door taking off and the bottom planed off. They did the job quickly, with attention to detail, without fuss and at a very fair price, clearing up after themselves. Even though this was a small job that some would turn their noses up at, Alexey was very polite and respectful. I would hire Loftex again should the necessity arise and would not hesitate to recommend this firm."
