London Drain Experts

"We had a blockage and the water simply wasn’t draining, despite our own attempts to resolve it. Jarek was absolutely brilliant. His first challenge was simply finding somewhere to park in East Dulwich, but despite that he got on with the job without complaint. He then spent hours working outside in the blazing heatwave, tackling the drains until he found and resolved the problem. What really stood out was his attitude. He genuinely went the extra mile, and it is rare to come across someone who combines such professionalism with warmth and friendliness. There is something incredibly reassuring about handing over a stressful problem to someone who is both knowledgeable and determined to solve it, and that is exactly what Jarek did. I’m incredibly grateful for all his hard work and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. Thank you, Jarek! Lastly, they weee Incredible responsive to my first enquiry and answered all my questions.i wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Thank you Payryk and Jarek"

"Fitted a non-return valve on the waste pipe to stop rodents from entering. They offered good advice on which valve to use. They turned up on time and did a good job installing the valve. Any other drainage problems I would use them again."

"would definitely use this company again. They responded quickly, kept me informed throughout the process, and their pricing was clear and fair from the start. The drain was unblocked efficiently, and the service was friendly and professional. Thank you so much for your help!"

"We've had Greater London before for our outside sewer but didn't realise they did inside kitchen drains as well. Wojtek arrived early but was happy to wait until we were ready for him. He was very reassuring from the start, explaining that our problem was easy-peasy compared with what he often has to deal with. He got stuck in immediately, exuding confidence all the way and everything was sorted and cleaned up within 40 mins. Along the way he dealt with all our little questions and anxieties and disappeared with a cheery wave. Nobody mentioned money but a very reasonable invoice, complete with a report of what was done, appeared by email a few days later."

"I strongly recommend this company for any drainage or groundwork needs. I know them for many years now, and they have always exceeded our expectations in every regard. Their team demonstrate an outstanding and exceptional technical knowledge, using advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and solve any problem quickly and efficiently. They are very punctual, and offer professional and reliable services within an agreed budget. They kept us fully informed about work progress, and after finishing they maintain a very clean workspace."
