Once the job was finished, I was provided with photos and a video of the cleared property. John charged a fair price for the work and at no stage gave me any cause for concern. "We used this company for a full house clearance and unfortunately, the job was not completed. The loft and several areas were left uncleared, and non-recyclable kitchen waste was placed in the recycling bin, which the council then refused to collect. We contacted the company multiple times with photos to resolve the issue and while we sympathise with personal circumstances, the job remains unfinished and communication has stopped, leaving us in a difficult position as first time buyers. We had hoped to resolve this, but as it stands the service was incomplete and we have had to deal with the remaining clearance ourselves."
