London Koncepts

"Very happy with our new sink and worktop from London Koncepts. Shaf was really helpful. He gave us some great advice while we were choosing the sink and worktop. He helped organise for a builder to remove the old worktop and with the plumbing. He was responsive and kept us up-to-date throughout on timings. As we are local, he even popped in to check on the works. A great service. Thank you."

"I would highly recommend London Koncept to anyone looking for a quality kitchen at a very competitive price. Shaff was fantastic from start to finish. He is extremely knowledgeable and designed our kitchen with creativity, practical ideas, and great attention to detail. The quality of the kitchen is excellent and compares very favourably with other suppliers we looked at, especially considering the reasonable pricing for a German kitchen. Throughout the entire process, Shaff kept us fully informed, from ordering and delivery through to installation and completion. His communication and customer service were outstanding, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The finished result exceeded our expectations and was well worth the wait. Thank you, Shaff, and the team at London Koncept for providing such a professional and fantastic service. ::: A genuine 5-star experience. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐"

"Just wanted to thank the team at London Koncepts in particular Shaf, who made it happen so smoothly. We had gone to a few other places but the experience of Shaf’s was second to none, he made suggestions that we had not considered. From design, delivery and fitting was so stress free. I can not thank the whole team enough. THANK YOU GUYS."

"We are very happy with kitchen we bought from London Koncepts! Shaf was very professional and supportive from start to finish. He provided fantastic customer service, really taking the time to understand our needs and preferences. The Italian kitchen designed and built for us is absolutely fantastic and we love it! The attention to detail and quality of workmanship are outstanding. If you're looking for a company that offers great customer service, value for money and stunning kitchen designs, we highly recommend London Koncepts!"

"Having searched high and low for a decent kitchen company, and being sorely disappointed by what we were coming across it was an absolute pleasure when we found London Koncepts in Balham! The showroom was visually exciting, with kitchens that felt modern and stylish. But the best thing about London Koncepts is Shaf! He made our dream kitchen a reality. Nothing was too much trouble. We went for a Next 125 kitchen, not something I’d heard of before but it really is the talking point of the house. Shaf gave great advice and really knows his stuff. I’m an executive producer across many channels and many TV shows and have seen a lot of kitchen projects and Shaf ensured ours was up there with the best of them. We are thrilled with the final product. And each detail has been excellent - from the worktops and installation to the kitchen fitter who both did the most exceptional work. Thanks Shaf!"
