London Orbital Response Ltd

"I contacted this company to enquire if they can do the internal domestic work for installing a new mains water supply to my property. An appointment was made promptly, subsequent phone calls explaining the process. Another follow up 2 visits as the job is complicated and submitting forms to Thames Water. The plumber TJ fees were fair. He is very experienced and a good communicator and transparent with fees. Unlike some other companies I contacted. I will update this review when the work is completed but this is a very good start."

"I experienced a leak at my property, and London Orbital Response attended promptly to investigate. They successfully detected the issue and provided a clear quotation for the required works upon arrival. The £29.99 + VAT call-out fee is very reasonable. The engineer, TJ, was excellent—professional, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful throughout the visit. I would highly recommend London Orbital Response for their efficient and reliable service."

"TJ at orbital response is an amazing plumber. He is the only person I will use if possible in London. He has come out on three separate occasions in response to issues I’ve had at my Maisonette. He is very fair with his pricing, and I never feel taken advantage of. I am beyond pleased with the quality of work he does. Also, to add, he is considerate to your situation. I had some Airbnb guests in and the toilet stopped working(on a Saturday). He was there 15 minutes later and fixed it super quickly. 20/10 I totally recommend"

"I highly recommend this company. TJ has gone above and beyond to help find a leak in our property. Very professional and quick, got the job done easily. I would definitely use this company again when needed."

"The drains at my home were recently fixed by TJ. He did a terrific job, quickly and with no fuss. A pleasure to deal with and I'd strongly recommend him to others for drainage work."
