London WoodArt Joinery

"Really good, fast communication and extremely helpful. Beautiful craftsmanship and design. Highly recommend!"

"I wanted to have a positive experience, but it wasn't. Two french doors and a sash window. They were delayed by a week, which happens. When they arrived, they didn't fit. Everyone on site agreed the windows were too big expect the guy leading the team from WoodArt flat (who also came to measure up). He flat out refused to accept it. Also the box on the sash was cracked. They came back to remeasure, tried again and while they were better there was still a lot of work needed on site to get them to fit. The installation was not great and they needed to come back again to rectify various things. I had to chase multiple times to make this happen. We also had a upvc french door and sash fitted as part of the same project. Those guys were great, they measured once, came and fitted, leaving everything perfectly sorted, and all done in 3 hours. So we know what good is and WoodArt is not it. We were due to have the windows fitted on 22nd September. The final visit to rectify the work was 1st November. We asked for a discount. We were offered 2.5%, which is nothing given the poor service and customer service. We had to get our builder to cost for the additional time his team had to put in as a result of WoodArt's incompetence to get any more discount."

"We have worked with many joinery companies, but WoodArt Joinery stands out for their precision, expertise, and seamless collaboration. From concept to installation, their team ensured every element was executed perfectly, exceeding our expectations. Highly recommended for high-end projects!"

"We couldn’t be happier with the exceptional joinery work from Wood Art. Their attention to detail, precision craftsmanship, and high-end finishes truly set them apart. From initial consultation to final installation, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with."

"Thanks to Michael and the team… The door they designed and installed is absolutely brilliant and we are over the moon."
