"Outstanding customer service. Jamie and Peter went above and beyond to support me with a complex job. After contacting several local companies who weren’t willing to take the time to understand my request, Lords stood out immediately. They had everything sorted within just two hours of my call. Truly outstanding service."

"My husband and I went in to get a specific floorboard nails from this branch"s timber department but they didn't do them anymore. The gentleman pointed us to other places but I was very very impressed with his helpfulness and general great attitude I had to mention it. It left me feeling that there are still decent service providers who enjoy their jobs. We definitely recommend and will be back !"
