"We have used Maintracts a number of times in the past and they are incredibly efficient, very clear comms and get issues sorted quickly. This comes at a price; they are not the cheapest out there for sure, although I believe their costs are fair. And any extra costs are more than compensated for by the time/ stress savings in not having to worry; they just get the job done well with a minimum of fuss. Highly recommended. W"
