Man Friday Dry Cleaners

"Avoid this dry cleaner at all costs! No care the clothes knor the customers. My friend has used them a few times, had buttons put on some trousers and washed & pressed, once for a shirt to be washed and pressed, both came back damp, not fresh. Didn't smell fresh at all. Recently had a wash & fold, all the clothes are really damp, not fresh and creased up. Only thing that is fresh is the fitted sheets! Shocking. Charged him £52.50 for the wash & fold. Clearly needs training on cleaning clothes and Neurodivergent training."

"I paid a fortune £45 for 2 polyester coats that I am sure they never cleaned - they just put them in hangers and a plastic cover and gave them to me while taking my money. The coats had no stains or anything, but had some pet and human hair needed a fresh up. When I opened the bag at home to store them in my wardrobe, I saw the coats were in the exact state I gave them to the guy. Zero effort. Never use them again, such a rip off!"

"I went here years ago when I lived in West Kensington and went twice last October to get my flat ready for a new tenancy. I had leather sofa cushions restitched and Roman blinds cleaned .. I was told that the blinds hadn’t come up as good as the owner wanted them to be so he did it again free of charge. Amazing service, great value and superb results"

"Only use for bog standard shoes. Do not use for expensive shoes. 2 stars because it was a sturdy job for tough shoes. I asked if he is 100% sure he can mend the shoes to my specifications (as in similar to the original finish) he said yes. As you can see from photos the finish is messy and basically my ballet pumps have been ruined. When I ask for a general polish, I assume he was going to just buff the patent leather with just a soft cloth not actually put polish on the shoes...... Great of you just want a to prolong hard wearing shoes. Avoid at all cost for expensive shoes"

"This man is a genius! I brought in a coat that I thought was ruined, and he tried and tried and worked at it and worked at it until it came out absolutely perfect. Whenever I’ve brought in clothes to be mended, he does a wonderful job. The dry cleaning service is also excellent. Customer service here is second to none and I couldn’t recommend it more. The owner looks after your clothes properly, greets you with a big smile and charges a fair price."
