"Ordered windows in August 2020 arrived last week in November 2020, even though I was told it would take 3 weeks. Customer service was poor , they couldn't even be bothered to contact me about the delay. I called several times and was fobbed off each time. The initial window install was ok, (hence the star), however one of the windows installed had a crack. The second guy who came to replace the glass then cracked the frame. You pay for what you get...use at your own risk!"
