"Extremely unprofessional and rude service. I brought my shoes in on Monday morning and was told they would be ready by Wednesday. When I came back, the work was not done. Instead of apologizing or explaining, the staff were rude and dismissive. I was visibly upset, and instead of handling the situation professionally, they started singing while I was standing there. It felt mocking and disrespectful. They told me I could just take my shoes back “if I wanted to” since they weren’t damaged, and then basically threw them at me. They wouldn’t even look at me while speaking. Terrible customer service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place."

"Zero stars. They refused to cut my own blank even if it was specially made for the exact motorcycle key i had. The blanks they have might be similar and they can cut the same pattern, but it wouldn't be the same key. It is a silly policy and does not make any sense why they wouldn't cut the keys. They could have charged whatever labour they wanted and i would be happy to pay it. In the end of day they make business. All i wanted is to have the same keys for my bike as the original. And I knew they wouldnt have that because last time I came here to get a copy for my other bikes key they gave me a bulky standard car key blank. To avoid this I pre ordered my blanks this time... I took my money to another shop around the corner where i got it done in 2minutes without question and i paid £15 without hesitation"

"Always go here for keys. Jay was great sorting my car key alongside me needing all new keys and fobs after my husband lost a set. Most people in my building use this place and they are always recommended."

"I paid £10 to have this dress cleaned, a payment I made upfront when I dropped off the dress. A week later, they notified me it was ready for collection. My sole reason for seeking their service was to clean the bottom part of the dress, which I explicitly pointed out, and I was assured it would be taken care of. Upon collection, what I received was far from satisfactory. The attendant had the audacity to tell me, “you got this cleaning cheap and you should have paid £24 for it to be fully washed and for us to wash it again you have to pay £24.” This is nothing short of deception. I strongly advise against using this dry cleaner; it’s clear they’re exploiting their customers. Refer to the attached photos for proof. An utter disappointment and a blatant rip-off."
