Measured Building Survey+Architectural Design LTD

"I highly recommend Zoran for his architectural and survey services. He recently prepared a measured floor plan for our commercial property for a VOA submission. He was incredibly professional, efficient, and deeply knowledgeable about official compliance standards. He accommodated our urgent timeline and delivered extremely precise, high-quality drawings faster than expected. Communication was excellent from start to finish. A flawless 5-star service!"

"I had a positive experience working with Zohan. He prepared the existing drawings for my converted flat, which I need as the basis for an L-shaped dormer extension and for the next stages of the project, including planning and freeholder applications. He carried out the site visit and completed the drawings within the agreed timeframe, and was very responsive throughout. What I particularly appreciated was that he genuinely seemed to care about how I would be using the drawings, so he made sure they included enough detail to be properly useful."

"Zoran from MBSAD has now done no less than 5 measured surveys for me and my daughters. Two were in Hackney/Tower Hamlets (2 storey terrace Victorian), one in Fulham (4 storey Victorian flat conversion) and two were in Cowes, Isle of Wight (17-18th C highly complex flying freehold over 4 floors). We cannot recommend him more highly. Having qualified as an architect as well as a Surveyor, he understands that minute detail is critical. He brings many dimensions to his work, is responsive and a pleasure to work with."

"Zoran from Measured Building Survey + Architectural Design did a great job surveying our house prior to an extension. He was efficient and very personable. His drawings were fantastic and came in at a very reasonable price. I would definitely recommend him to family and friends and hope to use him again in the future."

"Zoran from Measured Building Survey + Architectural Design did a great job surveying our house ahead of some renovations. He was really nice and friendly so great to have in the house and was very professional. His drawings and photos are great and have set us up for success with our home extensions. Thank you Zoran!"
