"BE WARNED this company doesn't exist any more. Website still up though saying that they'll clear everything out without you having to do anything, but actually they've been bought out by 'Reston Waste' who have a different policy of not helping, 'wait and load'. So when I phoned up Metro Waste, I was actually booking with Reston. Fortunately the driver did help me, and I would give him 5 stars personally as he was very friendly and helpful with the stuff we had despite it not being his job to help us. But if he hadn't had a cancellation before ours we wouldn't have been able to get our heavy rubble bags (which I'd specified to the receptionist) in the van. tl;dr metro waste doesn't exist any more, the company that bought them won't help you load"

"Just want to say that I was really impressed with how helpful Del was whilst emptying my house of all the rubbish. It was good to have a cheery character who helped break up the older bits off furniture and carry it all up the stairs and through the house. I would recommend these guys to anyone clearing out or throwing out old stuff from their house at this time. Great to have good customer service"

"So pleased with the service from the initial call where I was talked through a Rubbish Collection option versus a skip that I initially was looking for. It allowed us to use as much space as we needed and only paid for the space in the truck we used. We had 2 strong men helping us load our heavy waste which included dismantled wardrobes, carpet and tree cuttings. They were so quick loading! It ended up being much more economical than a skip. Thoroughly impressed and they were very professional and friendly to boot! thank you!"
