MGI Services Limited

"Kitchen (June 2026) Following an excellent bathroom renovation (see review below), we hired MGI Services Ltd for phase one of our kitchen refurbishment. Drago and Tsvetan delivered the same exceptional, reliable service. Tsvetan handled the extensive preparation—including structural work to change the kitchen entrance, moving plumbing, installing new electrical circuits, and perfectly levelling the walls, floors, and ceilings—with absolute professionalism. Once again, the project was completed exactly on time and within budget. Their expert advice was invaluable and their trustworthy approach made the process seamless. We are thrilled with the high-quality groundwork and highly recommend them for any bathroom or kitchen refurbishment Bathrooms (December 2025) We hired MGI Services Ltd to renovate two bathrooms, including removal, plumbing, tiling and installation of new fixtures. Drago, the manager, and Tsvetan, who did the on-site work, were exceptional throughout. Both were professional, courteous, and trustworthy, keeping us informed every step of the way. The project was completed on time and within budget, which we really appreciate. Their advice was invaluable and always proved to be spot on. We are very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend MGI Services Ltd to anyone looking for reliable bathroom renovation services"

"We recently had our large en-suite installed by MGI Services and couldn't be happier with the experience. With an operation coming up, it was really important to us that the work was completed in time, and Drago and Tsvetan went above and beyond to make that happen. Despite a delay with the tiles — entirely our own fault as we couldn't make our minds up — they still managed to complete the job ahead of schedule, which meant the world to us given the circumstances. Drago, the owner, was fantastic throughout — making regular visits to check on progress and offering excellent recommendations that really elevated the finished result. Tsvetan carried out the installation to an incredibly high standard, and the quality of the workmanship is superb. Both were friendly, professional, and respectful of our home at all times. We cannot thank them enough and would not hesitate to recommend MGI Services to anyone. Brilliant job all round!"

"What a fantastic service! I am so glad I found Drago and his team through google search and reviews online. His service from start to finish was amazing - so professional throughout. I initially wanted to do one bathroom and then ended up doing three different rooms as the experience was so positive! The standard, quality and finished product was superb. I couldn’t have asked for better bathrooms - they look 5*. His contractor who did the work was very talented and finished a bathroom from start to finish in 8 days - during the work the place was kept as tidy as possible and there was minimum intrusion. Thank you Drago - I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend your services! A top job!"

"Amazing service and quality of work from Drago and Tsvetan. We had 2 bathrooms fully renovated in just about 2 weeks, and we’re so happy with the result! It was our first renovation project and we felt nervous/overwhelmed, but Drago’s team made the whole process so smooth and transparent. Tsvetan is an extremely hardworking and reliable expert so we knew our project is in good hands. Drago was always available for any questions, and took time to understand and satisfy our requests even little ones. He also recommended a designer Ravi who did a great job finalising design plans and ordering all products. 100% recommend"

"Drago and his fitter Val did an exceptional job in refurbishing our new bathroom which we had not done so in 40 years. Drago visited our house at the start to understand our requirements and offer his opinion on things we were not sure about. He gives you a detailed breakdown on how much things will cost . Drago definitely took care of us by visiting each day to ensure the work is going according to plan. Val his fitter is an amazing person and an exceptional fitter. His work is immaculate, clean and tidy. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone else who is looking to refurbish their bathroom and I will be using his services again in the future to get my next bathroom done."
