"We booked Mi Amigos for an end-of-tenancy clean. The team were polite and easy to deal with, but unfortunately the cleaning was not up to a professional standard. Several very obvious things were missed, and at our inventory check-out it was noted as not being professional cleaning. This ended up costing us £600 from our deposit for the agent to send another cleaner to rectify. Although the company includes a “guarantee,” it’s important to be aware that once the inventory has been completed, the landlord is under no legal obligation to allow cleaners back into the property. In our case, this meant the guarantee was effectively useless. While the staff were nice, the overall experience was disappointing given the cost and the consequences."

The house has been cleaned with the great details, all cupboards, windows, fridge, oven from both side, blinds, carpet well washed, blinds dusted and wiped, even behind the fridge. Excellent job.
