Modrics Chartered Surveyors London

"Such an amazing experience I had with this company. They were ever so fast, i got my survey done so quickly. The surveyor was really detailed and experienced. Chloe the Managing Director was so thorough and good at her job. Highly recommended- would definitely use again! Thank you"

"Richard did a comprehensive survey on the property we are purchasing which included a very clear report with photos where appropriate. We were encouraged to contact him before and after the survey with any concerns and questions which he fully and clearly explained. Victoria in the office is extremely professional and friendly and we were kept informed of progress at all times. Fees were extremely reasonable and the whole service received was exemplary. I would not hesitate to recommend the team to anyone. Thankyou!"

"We recently worked with Chloe at Modrics on the survey of our new property, and we found her to be incredibly helpful and thorough, and would highly recommend. Her attention to detail was second to none, and she helped us feel really secure, knowing what was involved in the house when we purchased. Thank you Chloe and team. Charley in the office was also great to deal with."

"I was recommended to use Modrics service by a mutual contact. Now i believe that word of mouth referrals hold more weight and as such went ahead. Chloe was very quick to respond and asked me what exactly was it that i was after from the inspection, basic or full enhanced detail and i was after the latter. She fit me in due to the urgency of my situation and worked out of her normal hours to accommodate me and the report and pictures i received were very accurate and some of which reflected what i saw for my own eyes but other aspects i would have missed without his inspection. I would happily recommend them to others looking for a property survey for their efficient and professional service. Keep up the good work."

"I can't fault the service I received from Charley. I was concerned that the survey couldn't be booked in in time, but the day after I spoke with Charley the estate agent called at 10am to say the keys had been collected for the survey. Then, within a week, a clear and concise homebuyers report was received. Buying my property has been trying, to say the least, but Modrics made the last hurdle absolutely pain-free. Good old fashioned excellent service! Thank you!!"
