"We asked them to come check our boiler as we had noticed a leak. They came the same day and I'm so glad they did. Our boiler was in an awful condition! They had to turn the boiler off for safety concerns but made sure we were fast tracked to get the new boiler fitted as it was winter and we have children. They also gave us some portable heaters to use while we were waiting so we wouldn't be cold. They were so friendly and caring, will absolutely be using them for all services in the future. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would."

"From the initial contact, up until the installation of a new boiler, Joshua has been very fast to react, explain and action works. I received a response from my email plea for urgent help at 11pm the night i sent the explanation of the issue. He was able to visit my elderly tenant the following morning. He arrived on time and quickly identified the issue which was shared with me using videos and details of a course of action needed to resolve. He is a certified Valliant Boiler engineer and has been able to offer me a 10 year warranty with my new boiler. He arrived on time to install the new boiler and it took 2 engineers to flush, install the new boiler etc and remove and make good on the old boiler until 5:30pm that day. I can highly recommend his knowledge and reliability and will be using him to service my boiler going forward."
