My Lovely Lawn London

"Wasn’t a huge fan of artificial grass, but my front lawn just wouldn’t grow anything, not even weeds could survive in it. So decided to try an artificial surface. I have to say , it looks fantastic. The chaps that did the work were very good, cleaned everything up after they had finished and left the place spotless. Can’t fault the whole process from start to finish, very organised, very quick to respond and I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending my lovely lawn if you’re ever looking to get yours done"

"I recently had my lawn installed by My Lovely Lawn London company (via Bark) and was very impressed from start to finish. From my first encounter with Shalini and her team has been nothing but professional and easy. I was kept informed at every point of the service and even when there was an unexpected delay in the works being done I was told immediately and offered a follow up as a form compensation to the delay. The professionalism of the team who installed the grass was top tier, very friendly and respectful. My garden looks amazing thanks to My Lovely Lawn and I have and will continue to recommend them to friends and family . Fantastic service and great results ."

"I am very happy and satisfied with the work carried out by this company from start to finish. The service was excellent, communication was clear and consistent throughout, and the professionalism of everyone involved was outstanding. The quality of both the materials and the finished installation was excellent. At the outset, Nick conducted a thorough survey and clearly explained the available options. He walked us through what could be done and showed samples of the grass, which helped us make an informed decision. Shalini was also extremely helpful in providing the initial quotes and all the necessary details. She secured a very competitive deal, and we found the pricing to be reasonable compared to other companies we considered. Communication remained strong throughout the process. Although there was a minor delay in delivery, we were kept fully informed, and Shalini made every effort to ensure the work was completed as soon as the materials arrived. On the day of installation, the team—Clayton, Diogo, and John—were professional, friendly, and respectful of our property. Diogo communicated clearly throughout and guided us through each step of the process. The team worked efficiently, completed the job on time, and maintained a high standard of workmanship. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and would highly recommend this company for artificial grass installation."

"Highly recommend My Lovely Lawn. They have been fantastic right from initial site visit through to the very end. They worked to what we wanted in our budget and made sure we were happy with the work before proceeding. The best experience was that during the actual work they took care of everything right from the skip to materials. Everyone turned up on time and they completed the garden in the time they said it would take. Also very clean and tidy. It's so nice knowing we have a wonderful outdoor space to use that has been completed with such care. Special mentions to Raahil, Shalini, Nik, Cleb and his team. Massive thank you!!"

"Amazing experience! From the very beginning, this company impressed us with their professionalism, flexibility, and clear communication. They took the time to visit our garden and worked closely with us to bring our ideas to life. We loved how open they were to changes along the way - even the smallest details were never too much trouble. Their suggestions on colours, sizes, and the transparent price breakdown were so helpful. Materials arrived on time, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. The builders were fantastic - friendly, skilled, and always willing to adapt. It felt like we’d known them for ages! We're absolutely delighted with how our garden turned out. It's now our favourite place to relax. Highly recommend without hesitation!"
