My Plumber Man

"I booked this company in early January to fix a noisy radiator. The plumber was on site for around three hours and replaced a pump and a valve, however the overall issue was not fixed. I called shortly thereafter to follow up and was told that a recommendation had been made internally and someone would call me back. No one did. Today I received a voicemail asking for me to call back which I duly did. I was told that several chaser emails had been sent to me for payment of a £650 invoice that I never received, despite being told they could “see me opening emails” on their system. I genuinely did not receive any emails and there was clearly some kind of system issue, yet I was spoken to in an extremely rude and accusatory manner, as though I was deliberately avoiding payment. At no point was the original problem fixed, properly explained, or followed up in a professional way. I have had to book alternative plumbers to fix the problem. I treat tradespeople with respect and trust them in my home. This experience was stressful, dismissive, and frankly unpleasant. Poor communication, unresolved work, and unacceptable customer service. I would not recommend."
