"Called out for a repair on my Vaillant Eco Tec plus combi Boiler. Initially a faulty pump was diagnosed as the Problem. The pump was replaced but problem still remained. I was then informed that the problem was down to a blocked heat exchanger. After numerous visits and unnecessary extra costs, my Boiler is now working. I would strongly recommend to avoid using N4 Gas"

"We were having issues with our boiler not supplying hot water so we were quite desperate to get it fixed. N4 Gas had been recommended so we asked them to come inspect the boiler since we couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. They said we'd have to wait a few weeks for someone to come out but since they had been recommended we waited... when the engineer came to inspect he never figured out what was wrong and semi-suggested we'd need a new boiler. From then the communication and contact with the company was a mess, no one would answer our queries or requests, we even said we'd like to go ahead with the boiler replacement and they never responded... they sent me the wrong invoice and when I asked them to update the information it took them a whole month to resend it. I'm glad I got a second opinion because it turend out to be a really easy fix. They need to work on their customer service and inspection skills."
