"After all these good reviews I didn't hesitate to book KVN for our end of tenancy clean. I booked a month in advance, for the date of our move, and received confirmation of the booking. I have just contacted them, a day before we're due to move out, to double check everything would be OK for tomorrow, to be told that the cleaners are now unavailable due to their car breaking down. Whilst I understand this was unforeseen, I'm now 24hrs from moving, having to work out the time at the last minute to do the clean myself, and I was only told because I happened to check up on the booking!"

"I gave them 5 stars previously and was keen to use them again as they were on time and good at the carpet clean I used them for previously. Fast forward a couple of months time I messaged the team to book another carpet clean for the new place I’m moving to. I took the day off work to wait for their services , I kept being told the cleaners were running late and latest they’d arrive was 4pm I waited til 5pm to message again and was told they are still late. This was so annoying as I had other plans and I did not have time to wait a further 4 hours for them to arrive. I do NOT recommend"
