Next Step Heating Limited

"They installed our air source heat pump and solar panels and did a great job. Very professional, reliable and knowledgeable. And aftercare has also been good. Would recommend."

"Next Step Heating installed an air-source heat pump hot water and space heating system and MVHR for our Victorian terrace refurbishment project, and managed the BUS grant process. Kaspar and team are great - easy to communicate with all the way through, efficient, delivered on time, good installers, included everything you need in the handover pack and carried out a 1:1 walkthough with me of the system control and operation. We are very happy with the systems and would definitely recommend Kaspar and Next Step Heating to others."

"Next Step Heating installed a completely new hot water and heating system in my home, from the planning stages to completion. The system included a hot water cylinder, air source heat pump and solar panels. Kaspar and his team knew exactly what they were doing, and at every stage of the process they provided excellent advise and expertise. We received estimates advising on how to install a system that would be more cost efficient and environmentally sound, and after choosing to go ahead with the work it was a pleasure to work with them. Efficient, professional, reliable at all stages. I am really happy with the new system! Kaspar was always available to discuss any questions I had, and completed the work to a very high standard and within the time frame had been laid out."

"Kaspar and team recently installed a solar PV system with sonnen battery and heat pump at our property and we are extremely pleased with the outcome so far (3 months in!). Kaspar and team were easy to work with and produced an initial design and then followed-on with the installation of a combination of flush in-roof and surface mounted panels. Kaspar is highly knowledgeable on the topic of low carbon energy solutions and was able to advise on what we needed, optimal positioning of panels and more importantly what we could omit to keep costs down. He was also able to take on completion of the paperwork for the government heat pump grant. I would highly recommend Next Step Heating for these kinds of projects."

"Kaspar and his team were great! They were extremely knowledgeable and advised me on the level of detail required to make my ASHP work with the right insulation type and thickness. They also advised on the correct radiator power ratings for an ASHP to work correctly and how to make best use of solar PV too. Kaspar was always available to answer my many questions over the phone or email and worked well with my other building contractors. I would highly recommend!"
