NiwaWay Construction LTD

"We've just had a dormer loft conversion done by Niwaway. From the very beginning Konrad and the team were brilliant. We were a bit nervous as it's the first time we've undertaken such a big job. They've delivered exactly to the spec and bang on time and budget. I'd heard nightmare stories from colleagues about dust and dirt but the team were so conscientious and tidy throughout the build. They were always on time and ensured everything was neat and tidy before leaving every day. We both work from home but the disruption was manageable as they were so thoughtful in everything they did. Throughout the job we had brilliant communication with Pawel, our site manager, and Konrad. They are so responsive and the couple of minor issues we had during the build were quickly resolved and they also made great suggestions for things we hadn't thought of. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and if/when we do anything else Konrad would be our first choice. The finish and craftsmanship throughout is wonderful. We're thrilled with our new space - thank you Konrad, Pawel and the team!"

"We recently used this company to resolve a major shower leak and damp issue in our home, and we couldn't be happier with the service we received. From start to finish, the team was incredibly hardworking, professional, and reliable. They approached every challenge with a positive, solution-oriented attitude and took the time to explain the work required and the best way to address the problem. The quality of their workmanship was excellent, and they kept the work area clean and tidy throughout the project. What could have been a very stressful situation was handled efficiently and professionally, and the results have been fantastic. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for skilled, trustworthy professionals."

"Konrad lead a large renovation of our property a few years ago and really impressed, so we were excited to use his company for a recent project covering a broad range of work. We’re very happy with the quality of the work and the knowledge of the team. The team on site were great, really professional and accommodating of our schedules. They also seemed to really enjoy working together. The team were really efficient, and organised and met the planned timeframes without any issues. I’ve recommended NiwaWay to lots of friends and would choose them again for any future work. Highly recommend!"

"Konrad and his wonderful team completely reworked our top floor. They were a joy to deal with: they worked incredibly hard, they were extremely receptive to feedback, and when we needed to add to the specification, their estimates were speedy and reasonable. We are absolutely delighted with the result and would work with them again in a heartbeat"

"I’ve had the pleasure of working with NiwaWay Construction multiple times now, and I can’t recommend them highly enough. They are incredibly hardworking, always on time, and are genuinely kind, personable and professional to deal with. Their pricing is very reasonable, and they always find practical solutions to any issues that come up. Overall, a fantastic experience every time!"
