North cleaning express

"Terrible experience! Would NOT recommend. Booked a 2.5hr clean for a tiny 700 sqft flat (windows, kitchen, bathroom). We agreed to swap windows for the oven, which was a generous compromise on my part. It went badly: 1. The oven wasn’t actually cleaned. Only the glass door looked done — the inside was still black. I wiped it with a wet paper towel and it came out filthy. 2. The cleaner refused to clean any of the rooms in exchange for doing the oven. 3. Communication was impossible. Whoever you send should have a basic grasp of English; she did not. 4. She used fabric stain remover to clean the doors — clearly couldn’t read the label. I was shocked. 5. She refused to clean the vacuum before leaving, and stood watching me do it myself before I paid her. To top it off, I messaged the owner with my feedback and got no reply at all. So unprofessional… Most terrible service experience I’ve had. Avoid."

"Sought services for deep cleaning for EOT. They sent a young, inexperienced girl (who is actually a DJ) for cleaning and the job simply wasn’t done and I was scrubbing the floors until 2 at night. No attention to detail whatsoever. Would not recommend AT ALL. Please pay no heed to the 5 star reviews for your peace of mind. Edit 1: Added photos for proof. This was the state after 5 hours of ‘deep cleaning’! Edit 2: The lady refused to refund or rearrange cleaning for the issues flagged by the estate agency (which we flagged the same day of cleaning). Her response - leave a review and move on - “I can see what you’re trying to do”. Like we have some sinister plans of trying to dupe a service which we paid for in full. Excuses after excuses for lack of service and professionalism. Terrible customer service and appalling attitude."

"Great cleaning service. Very thorough, with affordable pricing. Reliable and professional—I’ve used them for many years now. Highly recommended!"

"We’ve been very pleased with the cleaning service since we hired them. The team has been doing a consistently great job, the property is always left spotless and well-presented after each visit. They are reliable and pay attention to detail, which is very important to us. Communication has also been smooth and professional, and any specific requests are handled promptly and efficiently. We’re very happy with their service and would absolutely use them again for any other properties that require cleaning. Highly recommended. - Janissa"

"Absolutely wonderful team & some of the best (and most reliable!) cleaning we’ve ever had. Highly recommend Ilona and her team; we used them for years for commercial cleaning and hand on heart, I can’t remember a single time they let us down. The office was always left spotless! I’ve recommended them several times to friends for domestic cleaning and I’ve always heard good things back, it’s a testament to the great job they do."
