"Avoid this company if you are relying on a survey for a serious property purchase. The survey failed to identify multiple obvious defects at the property, including widespread malfunctioning windows. When this was challenged, the response was essentially that all of the issues must have conveniently developed immediately after the inspection rather than having been missed during the survey. The complaint handling was just as concerning as the survey itself — defensive, dismissive and completely unwilling to take accountability despite the extent of the issues discovered shortly after completion. A property survey is supposed to provide confidence before making one of the biggest financial decisions of your life. Unfortunately, my experience did the exact opposite. I would strongly question the thoroughness and reliability of the service provided."
