However, after paying a £120 fee for the visit (£99 + VAT, with no change available), I have still not received a receipt for the service, nor have I been provided with a quote for the necessary work—despite following up. I feel misled."

As it was a Sunday I was expecting it to be difficult to find someone, but they came when they said (within 2-3 hours) and did a great, swift job putting in new pipe. I called NW10 given good reviews and made it clear they needed to be able to install, repair, etc. and described the installation and issues. 100%, will send the right person. Their plumber arrived, took a look, said he wasn’t qualified and proceeded to give me the number of someone who was and charge me 120 for his trouble. When I complained, I was informed he had looked around and so was due his fee. What a way to make money! Avoid."
