Ontop Locksmith Paddington

"I wouldn’t use this company again. The cost I was quoted on the phone was significantly lower than what I was charged in the end, with the increase only explained after the locksmith arrived. When I tried to cancel, I was suddenly told there was a call-out fee, even though this had never been mentioned beforehand. I was also told the lock was “too complex to pick,” yet once it was drilled through I was informed it was actually a straightforward model. Overall, the lack of transparency and the inconsistent explanations made the whole situation feel very unfair. I’d strongly recommend getting every fee confirmed in writing before agreeing to a visit."

"Fantastic service from start to finish. Called in the morning, new locks fitted by the afternoon. The locksmith was polite and cleaned up after himself too."

"Quick response, great communication, and top-quality workmanship. It’s rare to find such a reliable tradesperson these days. Five stars all the way."

"He came out quickly and fixed my lock without any hassle. Very polite and professional throughout."
