"From the moment Elena arrived, there was far more talking than actual work. She spent a significant amount of time explaining—at length—how her cleaning standards are supposedly unmatched. She claimed it would take 45 minutes just to clean one bathroom because of her detailed process, describing in great detail how she wipes and dries every surface. While that sounded promising, it quickly became clear that this was more talk than substance. The same pattern continued with the kitchen. She spoke extensively about her “eye for detail” and high standards, and even went into unnecessary detail about the specific cloths and products she requires—insisting she cannot work at all without certain items. However, once she started cleaning, the reality didn’t match the claims. The work was slow, several areas were missed, and items she moved were not returned to their original places. When these issues were pointed out, she had excuses ready rather than taking accountability. What stood out most was the attitude. Instead of focusing on delivering the service I was paying for, there was an attempt to dictate how things should be done in my own home. That’s simply not acceptable—this is a paid service, and the customer’s expectations should come first. Overall, this was a complete waste of time, money, and peace of mind. A frustrating and unpleasant experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to stay away."

"I’ve been having Shaknoza clean my home for over six months now, and she has been absolutely fantastic. She leaves everything spotless and shiny, and I trust her so much that she even has her own set of keys. The company as a whole is extremely professional. Svetlana, the manager, is always ready to help and goes above and beyond whenever Shaknoza is on holiday or unavailable, Svetlana quickly finds a reliable replacement. She was even arranging cover while she herself was on holiday, which says everything about her dedication. Moral of the story: if you’re looking for someone serious, professional, and committed for the long term, look no further. They truly are the best. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!"
