"Prompt service when I was stuck in a bind. Encountered a broken faucet where I had to close main water valve in order to stop water flow. Called up other plumbers who promised to show up on Saturday and never bothered to even call. Instead I called Pacific Solutiond Sunday morning and Anderson responded promptly.
