"Don’t bother. We arranged a time with a week notice for him to come and measure up the window. The day before we called and agreed on a suitable time. On the day itself he simply didn’t turn up to the appointment. I haven’t been able to reach him since."

"We have had a very long, and frustrating experience, working with Daniel at Pado Windows. We initially got a quote from Daniel in May 2023 to have new windows and back doors fitted throughout the house. After frequently failing to provide updates on when this would happen, and numerous missed deadlines for the fitting, with no communication, the job was nearly fully completed in November 2023. However, we had two cracked windows that needed to be replaced. Cue another series of missed deadlines and no communication. The windows were finally replaced in May 2024, a year after we had initially gotten a quote. On settling the final balance, we sought reassurances from Daniel that he would get the FENSA certificate issued straight away. However, on paying the final balance, we have had no indication the FENSA certificate has been requested and Daniel has not been responding to our messages. In addition, our back door frequently won't close properly in the summer heat, which is a security issue. So we have issues with the installation and we haven't had all services fully delivered for what we have been quoted and paid for. We appreciate there may have been some personal circumstances on Daniel's part that have contributed to this very poor experience, but regardless, we still haven't had the job completed and after a year, we are sick and tired of chasing to get it completed. Avoid."

"Full services paid for not provided, poor aftercare. Daniel installed a set of sliding doors, an aluminium window and and front door for us in Nov 22 and Feb 23. When he provided the quote we were assured that he would be able to provide the FENSA certificate for the installation to meet the Building Regulations requirements, as required by law for replacement windows. We have chased Daniel by phone and text multiple times and have been twice assured that the installation has been registered and we should recieve the certificate in the post. The installtion has not been registered on the FENSA website and he has now stopped responding to our messages. We will now need to spend additional money to have the installtion assessed by the Local Authority at our own expense. Avoid PADO windows if you would like FENSA certification to be able to sell your property in the future..."

"Update - the windows are now complete and job is finished to a good standard (on the day I left review below). I was asked to change this review, so I have changed from 1 star to 3 stars. I cannot with good conscious change to a higher score due to the stress we went through for those weeks. All the best moving forward Daniel. I absolutely hate leaving bad reviews, but unfortunately our experience has been a nightmare. It all started off well and then went quickly downhill. Daniel has promised on 5/6 occasions to come and finish the job, and nothing. Our windows are unsecured. The reason we needed a replacement was because our autistic son could escape from the old windows. Now the new ones don’t have a key yet so he can still escape. If he is at home, one of us has to stay in the room permanently. We could also potentially be burgled easier! It is so upsetting and dangerous for our family with three young children. But the stress this has caused our family is so unfair."

"Absolutely brilliant service. From the competitive price to how quick daniel came round and did the job - amazing. The installation of a new upvc door was done to very high standard and Daniel is super friendly - he even came back the next day to install a cat flat I forgot I needed. Would definitely recommend."
