"Anyone considering to use this company for structural drawings, our drawings were incorrect after 3 attempts and this caused significant rectifications costs of £2,000 + MORE due to the countless mistakes of the structural engineers that took on this work for us. I requested for the structural engineers in April 2025 to create drawings and a method for a chimney breast removal to be carried out by builders. An employee came out on site to make drawings of the floor plan and noted where the chimney breasts were and how they were to be removed. When we received the drawings and sent to multiple builders for quotes to carry out the works, all the builders said that these drawing would not hold up the chimney stack properly which would have caused wall damage and serious instability to the home which would be a threat to our safety. I had to request for new drawings on the 15th of May. We already had a floor plan of our house we gave to Paramount built from the outset and once the neighbors party wall surveyors reviewed the new drawings they also saw that the structural drawings floor plan did not reflect our actual floor space! I had to tell paramount to correct this on June 19th as party wall surveyors saw they were clearly incorrect. When we received an update on the 21st June. There was no change!! and wasted 2 days getting this update of the floor plan. We had to pay for another structural engineer because the final drawings were acted on by builders and this still was not approved by building regulations. This review was posted late because after 6 months we have only just had the chimney stack removed and approved by building control. After multiple thousand pounds later which could have been avoided not using this company. My last message to the company on the 29th July was whether the individuals working with us from this company are registered chartered structural engineers which I did not receive a response for"

"Booked this company to do a structural report to removal a pillar and put in suitable RSJ beam in my kitchen in Brighton . £400 upfront . He arrived late took measurements. Only to say he would need to return to cut a hole to inspect further . He arrived asked for a HAMMER ! Smashed through the ceiling, making lots of mess . Took photos . Attempted to sweep up , but still finding plaster board now ! The builders quoting said didn’t he have a cutting tool , you could put back plaster board . AVOID ! 😩Update the main measurements for steel beam is completely wrong , builders laughed at the company’s incompetence.this has completely messed up our schedules .On making a complaint and told we should get the builder to check , surely that’s what we paid this company to do !!, still no resolution all very stressful . AVOID 😱😩"
