"Edit: When I first called for advice, believing the window was still under warranty, I was informed that you charge £150 just for someone to come out and assess the issue. Therefore, please do not claim that this was offered free of charge — that is simply not true. If this had been offered from the beginning, I would not have written a negative review. Only a few days later was this service actually offered at no cost, and indeed a very pleasant gentleman came today (30/04/26), and fixed the problem. I appreciate that you ultimately showed a willingness to help, and I am grateful for that — thank you A few years ago we purchased windows from this company. After only 3 years, one of the windows has already stopped working. When I called customer service, I was told they would charge £150 just to come out and inspect the issue. At the time of purchase, we were assured there was a 10-year warranty covering everything — but now it turns out that’s not the case. It’s very disappointing that windows start failing after such a short time, and the company takes no responsibility. Charging £150 just to look at a faulty product they supplied is unacceptable. I also regret not leaving a review earlier. The installation itself was poorly done — the windows were not fitted properly, there were gaps, and I had to point out these issues myself for them to fix. This should have been done properly from the start without the customer needing to supervise or correct the workers. All the positive reviews seem reliable only until something goes wrong. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company."

"Do not use this company. We ordered windows and doors for a house build in October. After several delays the install finally went ahead in January but they installed the wrong doors. We were promised a replacement in March but Perfect Crystal cancelled at the last minute. Two months later and we still have no commitment on when the error will be rectified . Of the windows and doors that were installed in January, one was done so poorly that we had water pouring through the new ceilings when it rained. It is now nearly May and we still do not have the doors that we ordered. The ongoing delays have caused many knock on effects with the timing and cost of our project. I wish I had paid attention to the warnings from other customers who shared their bad experiences on Trustpilot."

"I have been very impressed by the professionalism and responsiveness to all my requests and questions from Damian Tryczynski and his colleagues at Perfect Crystal Windows. Therefore I have commissioned triple glazed hardwood windows, some of them with stained glass, some with leading, some with frosted glass from the company. These are currently being manufactured for me, so I'm unable yet to comment on the final product or the installation process but I have been very happy with Damian's attention to detail and clear explanations up to this stage. Sadly, he is now leaving the company to go overseas but I have confidence that his colleagues will continue to maintain his high standards."
