Pest Control Service Group

"Thank you so much for a great service. They have sorted out a mouse problem for me in 2023 and again this year maybe due to the rains there were mice in my kitchen. The engineer came and also proofed the kitchen as there were areas where mice could easily come through. He was professional and kind and very respectful of my property. Thank you Mohammed for your help and doing such a great job. I appreciate you very much! Thank you also to Khatera for arranging everything."

"I work in facilities so have used many companies for pest control but the service and standard from Pest control service group is by far the best. From explaining H&S to care in carrying out treatment. Plus post treatment advice. I highly recommend."

"Whoever Safri is, I will be contacting Trading Services - I have a mice issue and did not even inspect for over 25 minutes made a whole of knocking I had to ask him to move items?! Anyways, anyone who reads this Consumer Rights Act 2015 comes and saves the day. £110 fee for what? In this economy. DO NOT book these people."

"My flatmate suspected a possible bed bug issue, so we looked into it and scheduled a pest control service. The technician who came was incredibly thorough and professional. As soon as he arrived, he inspected every room and quickly identified signs of bed bugs, even showing them to me and explaining everything clearly. I also showed him photos of bugs I had found previously, and he took the time to tell me which were bed bugs and which were not. He didn’t just spray visible areas — he lifted and moved the mattress, bed frame, and other furniture to make sure every possible hiding spot was treated. It was a very hot day, and he was wearing a full plastic coverall, which made his effort and dedication even more impressive. I truly appreciate his hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommended!"

"Unfortunately 1 person can spoil a business. This is not a good company - AVOID. The first person that came was actually really good. Searched for entry points, explained things, left bait. A second visit was supposed to take place after 2-3weeks. I had to call 4 times being told someone will call back. Eventually an appointment was made and a different guy attended after 2 months. One the 1st visit the kickboard was moved- when replaced, it affected by dishwasher door opening. The guy that attended told me the dishwasher door shouldn’t open all the way. He then questioned me as to whether it ever opened. Ridiculous! He talked a load of nonsense, telling me £180 is a minimal amount and his visit is free - HOW IS IT FREE IF I’VE PAID £180! Not worth the money to paid so much for 2 visits to put bait down and just collect it."
