Pestforce Pest Control West London

"I recently used Pestforce for a bedbug problem and was extremely impressed with the service I received. From the initial enquiry through to the completion of the treatment, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and highly responsive. Bryan, the technician was outstanding and is a real credit to the company. He arrived promptly, was courteous and professional throughout, and took the time to thoroughly inspect the property before explaining the issue in clear, easy-to-understand terms. His knowledge and expertise were evident, and he patiently answered all my questions, ensuring I felt informed and reassured every step of the way. What really stood out is their commitment to ensuring the problem was fully resolved. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided helpful advice to prevent future issues. PestForce delivered excellent customer service, great value for money, and complete peace of mind. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and effective pest control services. A genuinely first-class experience."

"After calling several companies about an ant infestation in my kitchen and being quoted between £200 and £450, I spoke to Alison at Pest Control. She took the time to listen to what had been happening over the past few months and what I'd already tried, then honestly reassured me that I'd done the right things and the problem was probably already resolved. She could easily have charged me for a call-out, but instead she put honesty before profit, which I really appreciated. It was so refreshing to speak to someone so genuine. If the ants return next year, this company will be my first call. Thank you, Alison!"

"I contacted five companies to help with a wasp nest removal, and Sean and his team really stood out with their expertise, the depth of their answers, their helpfulness, and their professionalism. They listen to every concern and went above and beyond. I highly recommend them."

"I’ve been dealing with a horrible pigeon issue for years where they’ve pretty much taken over my home. Been trying everything to get rid of them. Sean was able to come and assess the situation, gave me an accurate quote, and took care of it. The issue was worse than initially assessed, but Sean still did an amazing job without charging extra. A week later, I haven’t seen a single pigeon! Highly recommend this service!"
