Phoenix Electricians

"Firstly office manager Ellie made the whole process very easy booking in a two-hour slot. Electrician Mark came at the appointed time and fixed faulty sockets that had not worked for some time whilst carefully explaining the issues. Wholeheartedly recommend this company."

"Very proactive and customer friendly. Ellie went out of her way to source a part and also to fit the job in around our schedule. Mark is v dry professional and I would definitely use them again."

"Both Ellie (for all the office work) and Mark (conducting the electrical review of our installation) have been great ; very polite, explaining all the steps and how to interprète the results - very pleased for a service that is very well priced - we will use them again for inspection as well as for other electrical works we would need in the future."

"Excellent service. Ellie responded quickly to my enquiry and helped book an appointment on the same day. Mark (the electrician) was very friendly and fixed the issue quickly. Would highly recommend Phoenix Electricians!"

"I couldn’t be happier to see Phoenix Electricians take off! I’ve known Mark for years and have worked with him on numerous projects, and I can honestly say he’s one of the most hardworking, honest, and skilled electricians out there. He always goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done perfectly, and what really sets him apart is his integrity. He is upfront about the work, the pricing, he never overcharges, and treats every customer with genuine care and respect. But it’s not just Mark who makes this company stand out! His lovely wife, Ellie, is the key to the business. She’s always there to take your call with a warm and friendly approach, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. Together, they’ve created a truly customer-focused, family-run company that I can’t recommend highly enough. If you need an electrician you can trust, Phoenix Electricians is the way to go!"
