"I have called them to book an emergency appointment after my tenant report no hot water and heating in the house from a faulty boiler. Paid £200 over the phone with the promise to have a call back from an engineer. 30 minutes later My tenant called me to say that the issue was sorted and at that stage I was still waiting a call back from the engineer. I immediately called them back (within 40 mins from the first call) to ask my money back as per the very short time. Turns out their fees collected over the phone is non-refundable, but nobody advised me on this and they told me to send an email so the manager could have a look at it, then no replies, nothing. The company shows ZERO flexibility and a very constrictive policy NOT ADVERTISED IN ADVANCE, clearly relying on the fact that when a customer call for an emergency is very under Stress and keen to pay whatever they say over the phone. ABSOLUTEY NOT RECOMENDED"

"Scam of a company. The trade is ruined by companies like this. They charged me over £1,000 and misdiagnosed the issue and were never willing to offer a refund or amends. I contacted another engineer who fixed it in an hour for an 1/8th of the cost. Stay well clear of this company."

"If I could give zero or negative stars, I would. I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company, particularly with the manager, Adam. After taking my payment, they repeatedly failed to follow through on fixing my machine. I had to chase them countless times for updates, only to be told eventually that the machine needed to be taken away for repair. To make matters worse, Adam didn't even record the correct brand of my machine—something a professional should get right. I had to email him to correct it. I declined the request to have the machine taken away, as it is a very expensive unit (worth around £5,000). I was then told that their workshop wasn’t insured for equipment of that value. Absolutely unbelievable. When I requested a refund, I was met with rude and dismissive communication from Adam, who insisted I had cancelled the booking—something I absolutely did not do. He even forwarded what appeared to be a fabricated email to support his false claim. In the end, I was essentially forced to choose between using a service I no longer trusted after a month of delays—or losing the deposit entirely. This experience felt more like being bullied than being helped. Completely unprofessional and untrustworthy. I strongly advise others to avoid this business. I’ve since seen similar complaints from other customers—unfortunately, I found out too late."

"Complete Rip off merchants. I was charged £310 for 1 hour. To come and repair a dough mixer. I told the team ti tell The engineer to be prepared to change the bearings on my machine. I have purchased the correct bearings. The engineer turned up without the correct tools and spend 15 mins to get a socket wrench. He did not attempt to take a look any further than taking the top lid off. With 15 mins to go he told me that he has to fill in a form (on my time) and if he goes over the hour I will be charged for the next hour the amount i have already paid. A waste of money and my time. I am still at the same place I was in when I called up. The engineer who was a subby seemed a decent enough bloke but he told me he’s not familiar with spiral mixers and could not even give me a vague diagnosis for my money. On to the next unscrupulous company i guess."

"Arranged the contractor to repair our broken underfloor heating wire centre. Contractor has attended 4 times and have not resolved the issue. Amongst other things send wrong engineers on site and charge for work which has no job report or official explanation provided. Overall the contractor is not fit for purpose and do not recommend using them. Adam is extremely defensive and argumentative when it comes to questions to answer for the consumer. They fit to the scam category. No star I can give to them."
