"Just purchased a new property and finalised a builder. Contacted Phil to create some Architectural drawings for a chimney removal and a garage conversion. Phil provided me with free advice even before proving a quote and educated me on the whole process and also pre-warned me of additional costs that can occur with builders if the whole process is not managed. The advice saved me of unaccounted costs that could have come my way if I had gone with that builder. As a result I was able to make a logical decision to postpone the work and undertake it later when more funds are available to carry out the works within the legal boundaries of the planning department and building control.
