"I’m extremely happy with the work carried out. Amar and his team, have replaced the boiler and radiators, decommissioned the old heating tanks and hot water cylinder, and completed the entire job in a very professional, well-planned, and tidy manner. What really stood out to me was his attention to detail. He never rushed any task and always took the time to find the best and safest way to do each part of the job, rather than just choosing the quickest option. His politeness and professionalism throughout the work were excellent. He was also very generous with information and advice, explaining everything clearly whenever he felt it would be helpful. I had several other plumbers quote for the job, and none of them mentioned that the old gas meter in the living room should be moved outside. He noticed this immediately during his first visit and strongly recommended changing it. Although this meant the work had to pause on the first day while we arranged for SGN to move the gas meter, it actually saved me a lot of future hassle and potential issues. I really appreciated his honesty and forward thinking. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a skilled, trustworthy, and professional plumber."
