Plumbing And Maintenance London Ltd

"Terrible experience with Plumbing and Maintenance. Booking process itself is a pain as they do not really listen to your issue, they just try to sell themselves (“we can fix everything”) and get you on board with competitive quotes. They sent over a nice guy who didn’t have any technical knowledge about the issue (a hot water radiator hanging off) and/or capacity to fix it, who sprayed a glue which lasted two hours and made a permanent damage to my walls and radiator. No apologetic attitude or willingness to fix the issue, I have just been badly chased for money. Avoid. Update: no invoice was sent till one week after the visit, on that same day I have been badly chased for an overdue payment (!) and harassed while at work. Never experienced this level of service in 10 years in London."

"Excellent hardware shop with a fantastic range of products at competitive prices. The staff are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and always willing to help, whether you’re a professional tradesperson or tackling a DIY project at home. They took the time to give me helpful advice and made sure I got exactly what I needed. The store is well-organised, well-stocked, and offers great value for money. It’s refreshing to find a local business that genuinely cares about customer service. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning"

"We at Age UK Camden run a day centre for older people in Hampstead. In the middle of the day, our kitchen sink water system suddenly broke down, and I was desperately trying to find someone to help. I found this company on Google, called, and explained the problem. Within 20 minutes, Alex arrived and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. It was the most reliable and pleasant service we have received, and we will definitely use him every time in the future. What meant even more to us was that Alex did not charge us because we are a charity. His kindness and goodwill truly reminded us that such generosity still exists. Highly recommended!"

"My partner and I recently employed our local plumbers, Plumbing and Maintenance London Ltd, in West Hampstead to fit a new toilet seat. They responded very promptly to our request and did an excellent job. We have used them a couple of times before and they are always very friendly and helpful."

"Alex was very helpful in installing a new shower mixer and adjusting some pipework. He came out quickly to quote and then do the job. Communication was excellent via phone and email. Would recommend."
