PLUMBING & BUILDING SOLUTIONS LTD

"I recently contacted Plumbing and Building Solutions after discovering a pinhole leak in one of my radiators. They responded quickly, identified the problem, and replaced the damaged radiator with a brand-new one. The work was completed professionally, efficiently, and to an excellent standard, with everything left clean and tidy afterwards. I was extremely pleased with the service and would definitely use Plumbing and Building Solutions again. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy plumbing company."

"Matty did an excellent job. He replaced a faulty wash basin stopper, installed a new shower, fixed a leaking toilet flush, and repaired our electric heated towel radiator, which was coming away from the wall by fitting new hooks. All the work was completed efficiently and to a very high standard. Matty is professional, reliable, and clearly takes pride in his work. He is in high demand, so it’s worth booking an appointment in advance. I am very pleased with the service and would highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality plumbing and repair work."

"I cannot recommend Matty and Dior highly enough. From start to finish, their communication was excellent. They took the time to explain every step of the work before doing anything, making sure I understood exactly what was happening and why. That level of transparency gave me a lot of confidence throughout the job. Their knowledge and professionalism were clear from day one, but what really stood out was their personality. They were friendly, funny, charismatic. The quality of the plumbing work was excellent, they arrived when they said they would, kept me informed throughout, and treated my studio with respect. Finding contractors who are skilled, trustworthy, and genuinely enjoyable to deal with is rare. As long as I have money, Matty and Dior will always be my first call."

"5 stars aren’t enough to rate Matty & Dior’s excellent work. They are an incredible find and reliable, honest workmen. We had to replace our bathroom sink in a bit of pinch and they sorted us out the very next day, appraising it on the day and finding time for us to do the work on the very next day. Excellent work at the correct price - will definitely call them back!"

"Matty and Dior were just excellent from the very beginning right through to when they arrived on time for the job, and after the completion of the shower installation. Reliability is an essential component for these works, and they were absolutely reliable. Their understanding, empathy and awareness of my needs was kept at a premium. Communication was open and clear and I could not fault them in anyway. They are two very pleasant guys to have on your job, whatever it is. After the works, the entire bathroom was vacuumed and cleaned up, leaving it in as clean a state as it had been before the plumbing job. They superb executed all of the required tasks at every stage. I would definitely hire them again without any doubt whatsoever. Both Matty and Dior were brilliant, humorous and fantastic. I wish them all the very best in their plumbing & building jobs both now and in the future.👍👏👏👏 Victor Chapman London WC1H"
