Plumbing in and out ltd

"We recently used John for a leak investigation for one of our managed properties in London, and was really impressed with the service he provided. He was punctual, professional, and thorough in his approach. Provided us with a report, photos and videos of his findings and advised on next steps. As property’s managers we work with a lot of contractors, and it’s always a pleasure to build a professional relationship with someone so reliable and knowledgeable. We will definitely be using John across more of our London portfolio in the future and have no problem in recommending him to others!"

"my tub was clogged for weeks all the Drano and other products I tried wouldn’t work. I knew I had to call a plumber for an affordable price. He came at a time that suited me best and fixed a three week problem in a little under 10 minutes. It’s almost like the problem never existed so grateful Would definitely recommend him for all your plumbing needs and definitely using him again . He’s well skilled and professional."

"I’ve had a great experience with John. He communicates quickly and is reliable. He finishes his work to a high standard and I recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber. 10/10."

"I've used In and Out plumbers on two occasions. Both times they have been professional, courteous and arrived on time. They take care of my home, cleaning up any and all mess the job requires. Best of all, the pricing is very reasonable. The plumber also took time to explain what was wrong and how it could be fixed, even explaining why the slightly better stop valve he had to replace would present better value in the longer run, even though it was only a few pounds difference. I would have no hesitation in recommended them to work on your property."

"Had a really scary problem as my hot water storage was leaking (silver picture) so I called this company and John was a really great help. He was local and replaced my water storage and it’s been a few months since and I’ve had no issues at all. I’ve called John back for separate issues in my home and work office as he does an excellent job going the extra mile and all at a reasonable price. Really happy to have a trustworthy and professional plumber nearby."
