Plumbing Pros Doctors Camden

"why you don't have website?"

"Amazing service from them, I highly recommend it"

"Genuinely terrible. Would avoid at all costs. Never bother writing a review but compelled to in this instance. We needed a number of odd jobs doing in our house. A plumber came to visit, assess the jobs and prepare a quote - nice guy; seemed to know what he was doing - we were encouraged. Promised to get back quickly in a few days with a quote for the work. After that, basically nothing happened - no follow up whatsoever. I called 5 times in total over course of 3.5 weeks. Each time was told that I would be called back within the hour with the quote / breakdown; each time nothing happened. On the 5th time I called I was told the plumber was now on holiday for 10 days. I told them in that case I would find somebody else to do the work as we needed to get these things fixed and it had been a month since the original visit. They saved the best bit for last; the manager then called 24 hours later to say he was going to sort the situation out personally and was sending a new plumber round the next day. We were sceptical but agreed to give them one more chance. Of course, nobody turned up and nobody has called us since. Complete time-wasters. Avoid!"

"I was looking for a plumber who could carry out a small work (replacing a shower mixer). I knew it was a cheap work to do, but did not expected my call was abruptly hang up as soon as what I was seeking for and my call had never been picked up."

"so happy we have found a good reliable boiler repair company in Camden as we have 2 or 3 old boilers in our rentals and just don't have the money to replace them yet. very reasonable fees for a London company also"
