"We used Plus Rooms for a small full width extension and WC (previously an L shape). Having had a few quotes we chose Plus Rooms due to their professionalism, personal touch and having an initial meeting with the Director, a feeling that this was a company you could trust. We felt the fixed price model of in house tradespeople, architects and planning team suited our needs. What was particularly beneficial was having a project coordinator-we found ours to be extremely communicative, knowledgeable and approachable. The weekly updates meant everything was fully explained so the build was fairly 'painless'. The detailed works schedule and pricing structure was also a good feature as it allowed you to plan. As with any build there were a few issues, but we were really impressed with the efficiency and manner in which these were resolved by the project coordinator. His attention to detail and prompt response time was greatly appreciated. The build team were excellent, hard working, polite and respectful despite having some tough weather conditions. It is great to know that we can still be in touch should there be any post build issues, another reassuring factor. Whilst we did not go for the finishing works, we have been impressed with the standard of work and the whole teams performance and would highly recommend Plus Rooms. We love our new open space."

Accurate Planning and On-Time Execution: The planning phase was thorough, and it showed throughout the build. Timelines that were set at the outset were largely met, and where any adjustments were needed, we were kept informed well in advance. "We are really pleased with everything Plus Rooms has done. The project was to build an infill extension and turn three rooms and the extension into one room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas. After the initial meeting we received a detailed quote very quickly. Everything in the planning stage was organised by the planning co-ordinator including surveys (e.g. drains, soil, trees), party wall surveyor, structural engineer, architect's drawings and the planning permission application. When the work got underway the project manager took over and was excellent. We met weekly and were in touch more often if needed. The project involved teams of builders, plumbers, electricians, carpenters, patio layers and painters on site as the work progressed. As well as being skilful and professional, all the people we met along the way were very easy to get on with and to have around the house and respectful of our space. The project manager kept us informed as things cropped up including matters which couldn't be addressed and quoted for at the outset, e.g. floor levelling when it turned out that the levels in the original three rooms were all different. We used their sister company Integral Homes for the kitchen and are very pleased with their work on the design, assistance in making choices and the fitter's expertise and attention to detail. We had talked about whether to do this work on and off for a long time. Once we had made the decision we were keen for it to be done as quickly as possible and for it to be arranged and co-ordinated for us.  Plus Rooms did this extremely well and last, but not least, the work was finished on schedule. We are now enjoying summer in the new room and would have no hesitation in recommending Plus Rooms. Cathy and Mike"
