"The company was nice at first when signing up..They also said that if I want to switch cleaners, I can. I had a cleaner who was really nice and generally did an OK job, but I live in a tiny bed sit and minimum spend was 3hrs, so I expected a little more to be done. I asked to switch cleaners, not because the cleaner was bad, but I just wanted to see if someone else could get a little more done in the 3hrs (0 bedroom, tiny bathroom cubicle). I got allocated a new cleaner eventually. They asked if I would be home to let the new cleaner in, and I reminded them that they have my keys....I didn't get a response for two days.. I also tried to reschedule way in advance so I could be in to meet the cleaner for the first time - and their answer was a firm 'no' - without any explanation. They asked if I could still do Wednesday, but I said no because I'd be at work... and they asked me how I would like my key back, which felt insulting as a customer. When I called today, I was talked over and the lady was not listening to what I was saying. I wanted to give her feedback about her communication. I run a business myself and understand that feedback is valuable. she just raised her voice over mine. They are now demanding £15 to return my key. Very weird experience to be honest."

They were a little vague and did not inspire confidence in their ability to remove the stains. Fortunately a quick goggle search resulted in PoshClean. From that point on everything was straightforward. From initial enquiry answered by Snejana to cleaning by Philip their service was excellent.
