"I had an excellent experience with Prema Plumbing Putney and couldn't be happier with their service. I called them early in the morning about a leaking pipe and an issue with my Baxi boiler, and to my surprise they were able to send a plumber out within just one hour. The speed alone was impressive, especially given how stressful water leaks can be. What I really appreciated was how straightforward the whole process was. I explained the problem over the phone and they were able to give me a clear quote right away, so I knew exactly what to expect before anyone even arrived. No hidden fees, no vague estimates - just honest, upfront pricing. The engineer who arrived was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. He quickly found the source of the leaking pipe and got it repaired neatly. He also diagnosed the boiler issue and carried out the necessary work on my Baxi system without any fuss. Everything was cleaned up afterwards and the whole job was completed far quicker than I expected. Overall, Prema Plumbing Putney delivered fast, reliable, and professional service at a fair price. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and will definitely use them again if I need any plumbing or heating help in the future."
