"Jay and his team had helped renovate my house in 2024. Their quotation was not the cheapest among other contractors I have asked, but you will get what you have paid for. I am amazed by the quality of work by his teams, especially the electricians, plumbers, tilers, plastering workers and painters; they are all hard-working and easy to work with. The site manager, Gytis, is professional and pleasant to work with. Jay gave me an update every week on the progress of work and informed me if there were any problems they had found on-site. As we all know, when renovating existing properties, the house's condition is unpredictable, and we would only have a clear picture when existing elements are removed. Jay explained why the additional work is required and gave me the updated cost breakdown before agreeing to proceed with the work on-site, so you won't worry that the final cost will exceed your budget.
